Zouch — Privacy Policy

SPECIFIC PRIVACY POLICY FOR “ZOUCH” APP

Zouch (iPhone / iPad): a QR create, scan, organize and present app. Short version: your QR content stays on your device; we do not run a Zouch account server.

• Local storage: Your QR library (titles, types, payloads, collections, optional custom logo/style) and Lock Screen widget snapshots are stored on your device (including an App Group container for widgets). We do not operate a backend that receives your QR contents.
• No Zouch account: You can use the app without creating a Basketouch account or providing your name/email inside Zouch.
• Purchases: Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple via In‑App Purchase. Basketouch does not receive your card details or Apple ID password.
• Advertising (free plan): The free plan may show Google AdMob banners. Google may process advertising identifiers and related device/ad data under Google’s Privacy Policy. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), consent may be requested via Google’s UMP form. Pro removes ads in the app.
• Permissions: Camera (scan QRs); Photo Library (optional custom logo). Zouch does not request location. Contact fields for vCard QRs are typed by you.
• Deletion: Delete codes in the app or uninstall Zouch to remove local data on that device.
