SPECIFIC PRIVACY POLICY FOR “DRAWSPORTS” APP

DrawSports Application (iPad): While visiting our website may involve standard web analytics (cookies), the use of our DrawSports iPad application is designed with complete privacy in mind. Regarding the app:

• No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage data, or video content from the App.
• Local Processing: All video analysis, drawings, and editing are processed locally on your device. Your content never leaves your iPad unless you explicitly choose to share/export it yourself.
• No Account Required: You can use 100% of the App’s features without creating an account or providing your name/email.
• Payments: All subscriptions and “Lifetime” purchases are processed securely and anonymously by Apple via the App Store. Basketouch Solutions Spain S.L. does not have access to your credit card or billing details.

Note: DrawSports PRO and related team services may require account data as described in the general Basketouch Privacy Policy.
